Marcin is the Founder and driving force of Creative agency Madcap Media Inc. and its divisions MadArtist Publishing, Software Division ATVN, Web commercials +Visual FX division WEBFX. He is an entrepreneur, investor and a mentor at CYBF. Marcin has 13 Years of experience in launching web and social startups and serves on the Board of Directors of YorkBuddy & FunnybBang and is involved in the BIG IDEA initiative to help businesses & students prosper.

Marcin has worked with social giants; Lavalife Inc., Lemontonic Inc, Lanunched Schoolism, AeroCinema, Sketchoholic and holds a Bachelor Of Design Degree in Digital Design and E-commerce from York University in Toronto and a Post Graduate 3D Diploma from Sheridan Institute of Technology. Marcin is a certified member of Russ Whitney Real Estate Group. When not having fun (working) marcin takes part in extreme sports, loves to inspire eager minds & create inventions he can't possibly afford to build on his own. He also counts the day he'll take the suborbital spaceflight on Virgin Galactic.

Angel Brkic - Project Manager & Marketing Guru

Angel plays a key supportive role as a project manager overseeing all the projects in the ATVN pipeline. In this position Angel is responsible for assisting and coordinating winning strategies, writing plans, populating our websites and promoting ATVN & Madcap Media Inc.'s series of services and products. Angel is also an avid Marketing Guru, promoting ActiveTVNetwork's array of services and solutions.

Being a fresh face on the block with an unbeatable personality, Angel proves to be beneficial asset in ATVN's future strategies. Angel's experience spawns mainly from Henry Company Canada. Angel's flare of Graphic Design led him to graduate from Lambton College and attend George Brown College for Graphic Design. In his spare time, he enjoys writing children's books and spending time with his family.

Jawad Ahmad - President of ATVN Software Division

Jawad heads Madcap Media's software division consisting of 12 full time experts. Jawad has more than 9 years of extensive experience in different aspects of software development, from programming to analysis to design. Jawad undertakes information technology work requiring technical skills, the use of advanced information technology methods and techniques, and the exercise of considerable judgment.

Jawad has worked with 7objects for more than 8 years and his education includes having a MBA, MA(Economics), Sun Certified Java Programmer. Skills: PHP, MySql, JavaScript, Drupal, Joomla, Flex, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, Codeignitor. When not working (having fun), Jawad enjoys cooking, internet and spending time with his lovely wife and daughter.

Arnaldo Pedroza Quintini - Creative Director & Branding

Arnaldo joined our team as a crucial member of our MadArtist Publishing team. Arnaldo designs and oversees the several book and digital magazine projects we have on the go through Sketchozine.com and other publications. He is also the master of branding strategy and online promotions. Arnaldo studied architecture at UCV in Venezuela and is eager to get back to his roots of graphic design and multimedia.


When not working, he enjoys watching soccer games from his team: Juventus, hanging out with friends in a music concert or in a summer day, hitting the beach doing some water sports.

Anna Yamasaki - Editorial Director & Advertising

Being the only lady on the team, Anna has proven to be an indispensible asset in a short amount of time. Anna has experience in both journalism and marketing and has been published in Southwest Southern Californian magazines and newspapers. Anna is also an intermediate graphic designer specializing in promotional flyers and graphics. When she can, she volunteers her time as a publicist to several non-profit groups, including Women's Chorus.

As a gifted editor, Anna brings her many related talents to the Sketchozine, OfficialAnimator and 3dFxMagazine digital magazine series. In her free time, Anna enjoys singing and songwriting, honing her skills as a writer, hitting the gym, and spending quality time with her husband and kids.

Harmonie Wong - Marketing Liaison and Promotions

Harmonie is an outstanding marketing and promotions executive and a firm believer that everyone is capable of achieving their goals. While Harmonie is an entrepreneur in heart, her extensive educational and volunteering commitments allowed her to gain valuable cultural insights and honed her ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with members of diverse populations.


She was awarded the York International Internship, in which she travelled to Kuala Lumpur to act as a youth peer educator for the International Planned Parenthood Federation of East Asia and Oceanic Region. Her accolades & awards are too long to list but in her spare time she founded "Fit 'n' Fun Boot Camp and serves on the YorkBuddy.com Commitee as the director of marketing. We are pleased to have Harmonie on our ATVN's side.

James Pearce - Motion Graphics, 3D, Visual FX

James is the Founder and CEO of "Soltek Creative", UK Based Motion Graphics studio. James heads the WEB-FX Program in conjuction with Madcap Media & Soltek Creative. Steven Yamasaki    |      Communications Editor

Steven Yamasaki joins our Sketchoholic and MadArtist publishing division as an accomplished artist and graphic designer. Steven's past experience includes graphic, poster & package design for education institutions and organizations. Steven is one of our editors that handles recruitment and research for our Sketchozine, OfficialAnimator and 3dFxMagazine digital magazine series.

In his spare time, Steve is learning the secrets of digital art to increase his artistic knowledge as well as other digital media to broaden his horizons. He is also creating an online comic book, shortly release through our Digital Flipbook software.

Clint Geddes - Media Selling & Advertising

As a graduate of the advanced advertising program at Sheridan College in 2011, Clint has come a long way to become a keen source of advertising knowledge. Specializing in media, he received the comScore award of 'Digital Visionary of the Year' in 2010 for his excellent, well detailed reports on media buying and planning. Backed with outstanding presentation skills, amazing confidence & fantastic report skills, there is very little this individual can't do.

When not working, Clint often will be found challenging his mind at card games or puzzles.
